Danielle – Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator

Danielle lives in Leesburg with her husband Cody and two daughters. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service and has been in the dental industry since 2013. Her experience in patient-oriented dental offices covers all the aspects of front office administration from accounts receivable/payable, scheduling, insurance, claim processing, and billing. Danielle brings a positive and bubbly personality, and she is always willing to go over and beyond to help patients! Being part of a team that helps to give others a lovely smile is Danielle’s favorite part of her job. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.

Yadira – Front Desk

Over the course of her career in the dental administrative field, Yadira has gained quite a bit of experience in coordinating insurance and interacting with patients. She makes a point of keeping track of the latest dental software. At home, Yadira has a daughter who participates in many sports and scholastic activities.

Rachael – Dental Hygienist

Rachael hails from Pittsburgh and studied at Youngstown State University, which is where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. She’s dedicated to creating an atmosphere where every patient who steps into our office feels truly well cared for. When not at work, she spends a lot of time enjoying the beauty of Northern Virginia with her husband; she absolutely loves having the chance to discover new places!

Olivia – Dental Assistant

Olivia hails from Toronto, Canada. Her dental career began at the front desk, but over time, her interest in dentistry only continued to grow, and she eventually transitioned to being a dental assistant. Her favorite part of the job is learning more about patients while also making sure they’re as relaxed and comfortable as possible while they receive the care they deserve. Outside work, Olivia loves spending time with her husband. She also enjoys baking whenever she gets the chance.

Phoebe – Dental Assistant

Phoebe is from the Philippines originally, and she greatly enjoys her work as a dental assistant. She is always thankful for the chance to get to meet new patients and help them feel comfortable in the dental chair. Phoebe is a mother of four, and she spends a lot of time with her family when she’s not in the office. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, and watching movies with her loved ones.

Mary – Dental Hygienist

Mary has been practicing as a dental hygienist since 2012. Her goal for your visit is to provide comfortable, detailed care. She has extensive experience treating periodontal disease and educating patients about their oral health. She has a passion for education and teaches part-time as an adjunct instructor at a community college dental hygiene program. In her free time, she enjoys long-distance running and traveling to new places.

SOPHIA - DENTAL HYGIENIST

Sophia is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from Parkland Community College, IL in 2007. Since she moved to Virginia in 2009, she has resided in Haymarket/Gainesville area.
She is patient focused and driven to provide the highest quality of dental care possible. She helps our patients feel comfortable during their regular dental visits and maintain their dental health between professional cleaning. On the weekends, she spends time with her two children and volunteers with children's ministry at her church. Sophia is excited to have a career that she loves and is grateful to be working with such amazing team at Downtown Family Dental in Leesburg.
